PRIMAR S-57/S-63 ENCs for HyPack and QINSy

HydroCharting ENC is providing official electronic charts for hydrographic survey softwares.

When you have ordered your ENC cells you will receive a mail from HydroCharting ENC with
two files: permit.txt and enc.pmt.

A) ENC and HyPack

The User Permit string that is identifying your HyPack dongle is listed in the Lincense Manager.
This is the license string you have to "copy" and send by mail to HydroCharting ENC when registering your
dongle and ordering the first ENC cells (hereafter HydroCharting will have your dongle registered)
The activation and enabling of the ENC cells is done from HyPack "Draw → S63 Chart Manager"

The Chart Manager and loading into HyPack has four steps:
Step 1 - Loading the Certificate

Browse to the drive and folder where the ENC cells are located (usually the DVD or CD drive)
Locate and select the primar.crt file
Step 2 - Loading the ENC cells

Select the ENC cells you have purchased and want activated in HyPack by "ticking on" in left side tick box

When successfully loaded the selected cells will be listed in the Chart Manager Display.
Step 3 - Loading the Permit file (activation codes for the ENC cells and your HyPack dongle)

Step 4 - Loading ENC cells into your HyPack Project

In your HyPack "Project File Panel" you "right click" on Bacground Files and select "Add File → S63 Files"
and then select the cells you want visible in your project.

The selected cells will appear in the Project File Display
